We offer two shipping options for your convenience:
Express Shipping: Receive your order within 1-2 business days for $15.
Standard Shipping: Free of charge, with delivery taking 3-5 business days.
We offer next-day delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Hobart, Wollongong, Newcastle, Geelong, Toowoomba, and many other locations across Australia (order before 2 pm AEST). Delivery to regional areas may take 1-2 business days. For all other locations, use our Delivery Calculator on our product or delivery pages for an accurate delivery time to your postcode.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you’re looking to return or exchange your new purchase range order for any reason, we’re here to help!
We’re happy to offer an alternative style or size as part of our exchange policy. You can request a replacement at Suitor Replacement Orders or at https://suitorsuits.com.au/order-replacement/. For sizing replacements, there is a $15 replacement charge, which covers shipping. To return the original item, you can download a free return shipping label from our Returns Portal.
Once the original item is lodged at your nearest post office, we will dispatch your replacement order promptly.
Returns Policy
If you want to return your new purchase range order, we offer a refund minus a $15 shipping and handling fee (this fee covers the cost of delivering your original order). within 3 business days of your order being delivered.
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal to download a free return shipping label. Once you receive the label, place the items in the original box, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Your refund will be processed once we receive and check your return at our warehouse. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Jacket, Shirt and Vest
Your jacket size is based on the height and weight you enter.
For most customers, this will fit well. If you prefer a more comfortable fit, consider going one size up.
If you are 188cm or taller, we automatically adjust your size to a long jacket where available. Long jackets have extra body length and slightly longer sleeves.
Shirts and vests are sized to match your jacket by default, and can also be added separately to your cart if you’d like to choose different sizes.
Trousers
Check the size on a pair of pants, jeans or shorts you already own that fit well. This is usually the most accurate.
We automatically select the best trouser length based on your height:
- 176cm or shorter: Short (approx. 30–31″ inseam)
- 177cm to 187cm: Regular (approx. 32–33″ inseam)
- 188cm or taller: Long (approx. 34–35″ inseam)
If you have a preference, you can specify your preferred trouser length at checkout.
Our trousers include an elastic waistband for extra comfort and can expand up to 2 inches.

- Do you dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays?
- Orders are dispatched on weekdays only. Unfortunately, as couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays, we’re unable to send orders during these times. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
- What is your returns policy?
- If you would like to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus a $20 shipping and handling fee. All items must be unworn and returned in their original condition. To start a return, simply contact our team via live chat, email, or support ticket and we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label. Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.

We’ll organise a different size of jacket, trousers, shirt, or vest as quickly as possible to help you get the right fit. Your replacement will be dispatched as soon as your return label is scanned at your local post office.
- Can I track my order?
- Absolutely, once we have dispatched your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. This will come from Australia Post or Startrack. - Do I have to sign for my order?
- No, our courier provider will leave your order in a safe location for collection. It our courier cannot find a suitable location to leave your order, it will be taken to the local post office for collection at your earliest convenience.
- Do you offer international shipping?
- We currently service Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
- Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
- Absolutely. We can deliver to P.O. Boxes and parcel lockers. Please note that same day delivery is not available to these addresses, as these deliveries are handled by a different courier service.
- What happens if my suit doesn't arrive within the delivery timeframe?
- If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest delivery updates. If you still need assistance, please contact our team via live chat or email and we’ll help investigate the delivery status of your order as quickly as possible.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
- Unfortunately, as Australia Post only operate on weekdays, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.
- Do you deliver to hotels?
- Absolutely. If you would like your order delivered to a hotel, please notify the hotel reception or concierge in advance so they can accept the delivery on your behalf.

- How do I determine my sizes?
- Finding your size is simple. Our sizing calculator uses your height, weight, and usual waist size (what you normally wear in jeans or shorts) to recommend the best fit for you, based on sizing data from tens of thousands of previous Suitor customers. You can access our sizing calculator at suitorsuits.com.au/sizing. If you already own a suit that fits you well, we also recommend comparing those sizes when placing your order. If you need any additional help, our team is available via live chat or email to assist with sizing recommendations before you order.
- How quickly can I get a replacement if my order doesn’t fit?
- We aim to make sizing replacements as fast and seamless as possible. Once you lodge the return for the items that don’t fit, we will express ship your replacement garments as soon as the return label has been scanned by Australia Post. Replacement requests can be submitted through our order replacement form at suitorsuits.com.au/order-replacement
- What happens if I need a different size?
- If your suit doesn’t fit, you can request a replacement via suitorsuits.com.au/order-replacement. We’ll send a different size of jacket, trousers, shirt or vest, with same-day dispatch before 3pm for next-day delivery. If you added a backup suit, your replacement is free. Otherwise, a $15 express shipping fee applies. For minor adjustments, you can have the jacket sleeve length or trouser length hemmed locally, or request a different trouser length if needed. Please ensure your tailor does not cut or remove any fabric. Alterations to the overall fit or styling of the suit are not permitted. Changed your mind? You can return your order for a refund or store credit by notifying us and sending it back within 24 hours of delivery. Your order must be unworn. Refunds are processed minus a $25 fulfilment fee, or choose store credit for the full amount instead.
- What sizes do you stock?
- Our suits and tuxedos are available in a wide range of sizes to suit most body types. Suit jackets are available in sizes XS/36 to 4XL/54 (even sizes), while trousers are available in waist sizes 30–48 (even sizes). Shirts range from XS to 5XL. We offer regular and long lengths in jackets, along with short, regular, and long lengths in trousers. We also stock kids suits in sizes 0–16 (even sizes).
- Do you stock kids sizes?
- Yes we have a kids suits range. You can find this under the kids collection tab of our website. We go from size 0-16 (even sizes only)
- Do you offer long length jackets?
- Yes, we offer long-length jackets across most of our suit and tuxedo styles. Customers who are 188cm or taller are generally best suited to a long-length jacket. Simply enter your height on the checkout page or request a long-length jacket in your order notes at checkout, and our team will do their best to accommodate your preference subject to availability.
- Do you offer different lengths of trousers?
- We offer short-length trousers for customers who are 176 cm tall or shorter, available exclusively in black. If needed, you can always have the trousers hemmed for a better fit. For those who prefer a standard fit, we also provide regular-length trousers for all of our suit and tuxedo styles. Additionally, for customers 188 cm or taller, we offer long-length trousers. Simply enter your height on the checkout page, and we’ll automatically adjust your order to the appropriate length—short, regular, or long—subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfil your request, depending on stock.
Clearance
- Are clearance suits for purchase, and are they in good condition?
- Yes, all clearance suits and items are available for purchase, not hire. These suits have seen limited use within our collection and are professionally cleaned and quality-checked after every use. They’re only offered for clearance if they meet our standard of excellent, near-new condition and are ready to wear.
- When should I expect my Clearance order to be delivered?
- You can choose between standard and express shipping on the checkout page of our website. Standard shipping is free and will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Express Shipping is $15 and will take 1-2 business days to arrive.
