Couldn't have been any more easier. Suit was great and fitted well, under there suggestion. I don't own a suit as I have generally no reason so this service was spot on. I would 100% recommend them.

Exceeded expectations. My 15yo son was not keen on going shopping for a suit for his year 10 formal and as the deadline approached, I was getting nervous! Found this business online and was impressed with their suit selection, prices for second hand ex-rental suits and ease of ordering. They offer $10 for an extra size for hires. I decided to buy an ex- rental suit as the cost was reasonable and was so impressed. It came overnight, in a box, pressed, cleaned and looking brand new. I ordered the shirt and tie also. He had 2 formal events so I ordered 2 suits. They even suggested a size change based on height and weight estimates before sending the suits which saved a lot of time. One fit perfectly, the other I returned for a replacement and pleased to report this was an effortless and stress-free experience.
So, I was initially hesitant about choosing Suitor despite their five-star reviews, mainly due to some mixed comments I had seen on Reddit. However, I decided to take the plunge and I’m glad I did!
When my son said that he wanted a hot pink suit to wear for formal, I was dubious. But after a google search and discovering Suitor, I was convinced. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and the suit was impeccable. Having the next size up was also a great add on. He looked a million bucks and his self confidence soared, especially when he won the ''Best Suit'' award.

As my partner varies in size, with many upcoming events it’s handy to order a suit appropriate for him instead of having to buy one that may not fit in 2 months time. I hired a suit for my son’s Year 12 formal from Suitor and was very impressed overall. The instructions about shipping and sizing could be clearer but the customer service team was excellent and resolved my concerns with voucher codes and size adjustments, which I really appreciated. The suit itself was fantastic - delivered quickly, fitted well and was good quality. My son loved the bright blue colour! The return process was super easy and we got an extra discount code for next time. We'll definitely use them again!
I would give 6 stars if I could! Hired a tuxedo for my anniversary cruise and it was faultless. I then purchased an ex-rental for an unbelievable price. Looks as good as new!
I was a little nervous about hiring, but when there’s a small fee for getting sent the size up as well as what you initially order it makes the hiring process really easy. The quality of the jacket was excellent, the fit was perfect and everything was delivered quickly. The return provisions are easy as well.
Thank you for making our weekend Black Tie event so easy. Suitor has a very simple and effective ordering system and even provided a back up shirt in case one did not fit. Love this business, so easy and popped my return Box at my local Post Office for an easy return. I have a hubby that does not enjoy shopping at all so why bother going through the process when you can avoid the headache all together. With the option of purchasing any of the items just completed this wonderful concept. I will definitely be recommending your service and will no doubt call on your business again.
Super helpful! Whilst the first suit we ordered didnt fit they swapped it over so quickly, and even sent the new suit before we had a chance to send the one we didn’t want back. Response time to emails was within hours. Very happy! Highly recommend. And the suit quality is great for the price too!
I was very worried about hiring a suit online, turns out we had nothing to worry about. The service was amazing & the suit fabulous!! Suit & shoes were in perfect condition & being able to get another size sent for a small fee was great. Easy process from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using Suitor again.
We've never hired suits online before and have had issues with buying clothes online so we tempered our expectations about Suitor. Turns out we need not have worried . The suit was excellent and for a small extra fee they included an extra suit one size bigger just in case. The service was top class and when the return reminder email went into my junk email folder Suitor gave us a couple of extra days to return it. 10/10 we would use again or recommend to others.
So impressed with the quality of both the service and the suits. It only took about a day for the box to arrive, with everything clean and ironed ready to wear. The whole kit was great and had the look and feel of any other quality suit. Will be going back to the guys at Suitor without hesitation in the future. B dormers always look after each other.
Amazing service. I had an emergency and a person called me to assist. I received my tuxedo within 12 hours! Extraordinary! Quality of the tuxedo was great. I looked like James Bond (Daniel Craig). Even after-service support was outstanding. You are crazy not to use Suitor.
